UHPCP operates under a governance structure that is overseen by a board, referred to as the Upper Hume PCP Executive.

The Executive Officer reports to the Executive, and regular board meetings are held during which a wide range of strategic matters are discussed.

Our Executive Officer is Dr Kathleen Brasher. Our team, which includes three additional staff members, offers specialised skills including in the areas of prevention, age-friendly communities; strategic advice, Ovens Murray–Family Violence Partnership; engagement and participation; and communications.
